  InterQuest/EuroQuest - psychometric testing
Students who have a greater sense of direction are more determined to do
well in school

Step One, in association with Cambridge Occupational Analysts, has devised a highly
validated psychometric assessment. Simple to use, yet outstandingly informative and
reliable, this programme is an excellent tool for students who are in the process of
making well-considered subject choices with respect to their future.
InterQuest and its European version EuroQuest clearly identify students’ academic
strengths and potential and increase their awareness of a range of different college or
university approaches and various vocational paths.
The report will encourage students to challenge themselves and identify targets in order to become successful at school and in life.
In addition, the test will give insights to students’ test techniques and important personal
preferences.

Prospero - learning and study styles analysis
Students who do not use appropriate learning and study methods face more difficulties reaching their goals, in spite of their academic potential

Prospero is an online survey designed to help students identify their personal learning and study styles in order to increase grades and to meet their academic potential.

The report includes practical advice to improve key study skills.

  MindWise - emotional intelligence inventory
Students who experience emotional difficulties may perform less successfully

Many people with high ability and aptitude levels sometimes do not perform as well as
they could, due to an aspect of their personal attitude or emotional intelligence.
MindWise is an online survey that will help students to understand themselves and to
work on any areas that require attention in order to cope better with life in general.

Time Out - structured gap experiences
Students who structure their gap year will get the most out of it

Time Out is an online questionnaire that will make students aware of personal skills that
they could develop during a year off.
The report will suggest many activities that the student could undertake and more than
100 websites of gap year organisations.

  En Route - university planner
Students who are aware of what will be important for them when they select their college or university will make well-considered choices

With a simple password, students can download En Route from our website.
It will help them to identify and combine abilities, skills and personal preferences to find
a college or university that matches their expectations.

A university that matches one’s needs makes all the difference

Spotlight - matching career options with personality
Identifying strengths, work environment, motivators and stressors is
invaluable when deciding on career choices

Many people have no idea what kind of career would suit them and therefore they need
to have a better personal insight before making important decisions.
This colour-profiling questionnaire will explain what kind of work would inspire them.
Spotlight further reveals how somebody would function in a work environment and fit
in a team.

People whose personality matches their job, experience substantial satisfaction

  Morrisby - psychometric profile

What career would I be good at? What would I enjoy ?

A large number of Careers Guidance Services and Companies and hundreds of schools use the Morrisby Profile as an important part of their student and adult guidance programmes.

The system is a combination of a specially designed Questionnaire about your interests, the exams you are taking or have taken, and the Morrisby Profile. The Morrisby Profile is a series of tests or assessments (sometimes called a Test Battery) which together provide valuable information on your abilities and the sort of work setting that would suit you best.
